Umass Art Reception

Many of our art recipients have been hosting Art Receptions to celebrate their new collections of original art. Artists see the new appreciative homes for their art in person, & clients and staff at agencies get a chance to meet the artist whose work will continue to make a difference in their lives.

Ivory Vase by Anne Silber

Whidden Hospital in Everett is a recent recipient of 19 original works by 12 artists. According to Deborah Murphy, the hospital administrator, "the response has been wonderful. The works not only enhance the hospital's physical space but stimulate social engagement in an extremely positive manner."
